The compliant was made by two game journalists over Twitter :roll:

I totally agree with that Twitter post, TBH.

That said, the marketing campaign was expertly targeted at the apparent average level of maturity of those interested in the game (as evidenced by a large number of posts in this thread).

Even if we did get a title that goes beyond milking the lowest common denominator, Modern Warfare 2 doesn't seem a likely candidate.

It truly blows my mind at how the fsck this is even news let alone contravercy, its a small trailer with like 2 bad little words in it, And is absalutely funny as fsck.

If this type of trailer is causing harm and people even on this forum are saying they went too far, then i seriously would consider hanging up my gaming hat, Because that's just pathetic lol.

It's more or less IW's enforcement of a stereotype. a stereotype that is quite hurtful to a minority that went through a fair bit of crap to be recognised and not imprisoned.
