New Heavy Rain screenshots emerge

Sony and Quantic Dream have released a bunch of new screenshots for Heavy Rain, which is due on the PlayStation 3 at some point in the future.

Heavy Rain is a game that places the player in control of four central characters, with the consequences of each player's actions affecting the way in which the plot advances. The "game" isn't so much a "game" as it is an "interactive film", which will play out just like the previous effort from Quantic Dream, Fahrenheit. (Also known as Indigo Prophecy)

wah? what happened? the previous screens looked pretty high quality but these screens look like any other game, at least the character models do :/

ahh goddamit i loved farenheit but got no ps3 so wont be abl eto play this. heres hoping it comes out on pc at some point after

A pc release is the only way I'll be playing this too. I've no intentions of buying a ps3 anytime soon, the appeal just isn't there.

Over use of DOF + Bloom.. it looks crap.. I hope you can turn it off. Wtf were QD thinking.. I mean you make high resolution textures.. and then you blur them?!..

what a waste. I agree with the other posts too, it looks like any other game. The first shots we got looked amazing.

Don't want to sound like a fanboy but FFXIII graphics are much more detailed than this! Game does look really good still but not as good as I was first thinking.
