what is not awesome = Robot Chicken an ADULT TV show being put into a children's video game.

Would maxis fsck hurry up and make up their minds- which market are you going for!? Hardcores or Casuals.. because frankly this is bullshit, I hope this little marketing ploy fails miserably. Galactic Adventures is just a level editor with The Sims style furniture- whats even more stupid is that its not even backwards compatible (you cannot use your existing worlds with it- this is official word from Maxis even.)

It would have been better to just release the game stand-alone because it essentially is its own game and yet again fails to reuse content from the other stages. (it is biased towards its own NEW content)

Do not buy this. Just fair warning. It does little to add usable content and gameplay to the game- rather adds a mini-game that you can occasionally play whilst attacking yet another 100 enemy aliens all at once with just one ship. Its 100% confirmation that Maxis aren't listening because even before the game was released the #1 desired feature was the ability to have proper starfleets (not the 4 ship allied crap that exists now that makes the game stupidly unfair and unbalanced- even kids complain about this one.)(thus turning the game into a REAL 4xRTS as it should have been- given it was supposed to be the "masters of orion" component.)
