Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop = Zombie Rock!

While 2006's Dead Rising was relatively well-received (you're a journalist trapped in a shopping mall that is infested with zombies - what's not to love?), the upcoming Wii port, Chop Till You Drop, has been gathering some less-than-stellar reviews.

That was before this new trailer arrived on the scene. Featuring Japanese band GaGaGa SP, motion-captured and zombified, this will have you dancing around chanting DEDO LAISIIN! with the best of them - and suddenly caring a lot less about graphics quality, and how many zombies can fit on screen at one time.

Minor spelling nitpick: "Hoards of enemies" should read "Hordes of enemies".

The dragon guarded its hoard against the hordes of treasure-seekers.

...it's not my place to correct official statements from games developers, but I'll make an exception in this case.

looks like rubbish, isn't the whole point of the game the fact that there's pooploads of zombies on screen at once? proving yet again that in some ways the 360/PS3 are more next gen than the Wii will ever be

never played it though, wanted to but I hear the save system is atrocious

Did anyone ever see that totally hilarious zombie movie that that Japanese band starred in? I can't remember the title or who the band was but it was on the cult movie night one Saturday, it was totally stupid and 100% awesome.
