WoW: Wrath of the Lich King strikes Gold

It turns out Blizzard Entertainment is prepared. With the upcoming World of Warcraft expansion, Wrath of the Lich King set to debut on November 14th in Australia, it’s no surprise Arthas and his cronies in Northrend have hit Golden master.

Blizzard President and co-founder Mike Morhaime confirmed the milestone during BlizzCon and stated the manufacturing process has already begun. It’s quite a daunting endeavor as millions of boxes have to be assembled and shipped out ahead of time for the worldwide launch.

Price is listed as $45 ... but likely more if you are an EB buyer.

It's already available for download from blizzard.

Pre-patches have been implimented for ages from blizzard. The date just refers to when the servers will be patched.
