Breaking the Orange Box - Standalone titles available in April

I know that some of you are a little cranky about the fact that you were expected to buy The Orange Box in its entirety, when maybe you were only after one of the three games. If only you'd had a way of paying for games online, and downloading your purchases! If only the games had been released separately, so you could pick and choose!

Well, finally, your requests have been answered, and Team Fortress 2, Portal and the Half-Life 2 Episode Pack will be available as stand-alone titles, in-store from April 11th worldwide.

lol reading some of the posts from other game sites ppl in the US are raging at the portal price of $19.99. I'd have to agree that the bundle was the only real option when it came to release.

Portal on its own, no more than $10.

The Orange Box was easily the best value game I have purchased in a long while and it was probably worth more when comparing it to other titles and their prices.
Individually they obviously lose a chunk of their value for money, but are still great games for a good price.
