Greetings fellow Aussie eve players.
I've been working away on a little iphone\ ipod touch app that lets you read you eve mail.
Its almost nearing completion so I've decided to throw it out to the internet to be beta tested.
In order for it to retrieve your messages it requires a full api key, and currently does not display any mailing lists (unless there is a big demand for that kinda thing to be added in).
Screenshots! - graphics are not final yet as it is still in beta
So! How do you go about testing i hear you ask, well the main requirement is that you have an iphone \ ipod touch with at least iOS4.0
The next step is to head on over to https://testflightapp.com/join/1f6d24b89fd7fd02cfee82244fbdebe3-MTEyNDk/ . This site will ask you to sign up and will add you to the testing team for the app, you will then recieve an email when a new build of the app is ready for download. Once you have succsufully signed up you will have an app downloaded onto your phone called 'Testflight" this app manages what betas are available for you to download. If you want to find out more about this process i suggest heading to http://www.testflightapp.com
Once you sign up there may be a delay between when you can start using the app, as each time someone signs up I have to create a new build so that it will run on your device, you will however be notified by email when one is available to download.
If there's any feedback \ suggestions or even extra things you think an app like this could use, feel free to send me a pm or mention it in this thread
As this is still in development i am limited to have less than 100 people able to beta test, this is due to Apple putting a nice arbitrary number on the amount of devices i can designate for development.
