Heres a proven way to get those iskies quickly. And I can say from the inside that it works.

1. Fly into NC space
2. Find an NC carebear in his plex.
3. Pew Pew said carebear
4. ?????
5. Profit

My time in the NC only went to show me that there are a few good PvP'ers and FC's in the flock, however they are far apart. The general NC population is pretty fail when it comes to PvP or even watching intel/local channels.
