They attacked the CSAA (where you make baby motherships and titans at a pos) and put it into reinforced...

Rather nicely, that reinforcement time cam out at midnight for the euro's, mid evening for the yanks and a pleasant sunday lunch for the Aussies...

* Incoming gate was bubbled so we picked off a few that way...
* Then the large fleet of 900 enemy picked off to shield repping carriers that
failed to scurry into the shield. Each carrier lasted less then 30 secs. I
had 2 shield repping carriers that thankfully were hugging the shield and able
to quickly slip inside.
* Cavalry turned up... IT alliance was shield based (lots of alpha-strike Maelstroms and Apocs, Drakes, and logistics (basilisks and scimitars)... Plenty of dictors... Enemy came in the same but less dictors but scorpions fitted for ecm...
* 900 enemy to 600 IT alliance, with the advantage of IT fielding 15 Titans and over 30 Motherships. Roughly 75 carriers repping the pos.
* Even with this, the pos shields were reduced to 2-3% with damage bleeding through to armour... Through heroic Triage carriers (we triaged again and again until we ran out of stront), we barely kept up...
* The enemy plugged away at the pos whilst we started trimming their ships down... Titans were able to regularly doomsday enemy battleships, despite the extreme lag.
* Slow we reduced the size of their fleet, which means that lag slowly got better and we eventually stabilized the pos shields at 3%... With about 3/4 losses the **** mix of alliances (Test, Goonies, NC, AAA, Stain, etc.) ran... Many who got out died to being trapped in bubbles... Some logged off and tried to make a run for it later, most died...

Lag was horrendous, but hot damn - still amazing... Over 1500 in system at times...

I'll try to get some screen-shots...

sounds like fun. We as PL had some pretty nice fights last 2 days. Yesterday a few of our northern techs came out, nc brought around 550 support and we brought around 100support and 50supers (16titans & 32 moms)

I was duel boxing a hic and a nyx but when i jumped my super in I logged haack off and focused on my nyx.

Initially it was looking really really bad for us(pl) with 4-1 numbers on grid and reps not cycling. With the type of lag the only thing that works reliable is doomsdays.

FIght went around 3 hours with Nc at one stage calling for supers + regular caps but they never brought them on the field. If the NC had Brought the 70supers and 50 normal caps they had when we engaged PL would be minus 20+ supercaps.

End of the fight 398kills for 44 losses https://www.pandemic-legion.com/killboa ... tem=WLF-D3

numbers on the br are slightly off as some peeps on both sides.

Today we had 25 od tech coming out nc had a fleet of 700 but this time we didnt use supercaps as the node was bad 3-40sec delay between commands. total results 33kills for 55 losses or so https://www.pandemic-legion.com/killboa ... tem=9-266Q

Hey, no problem man... When it comes to Battle reports, it's all cool...
Eve's one of those games where you live for the outrageously good fights...

Goons gave us a great fight... I really though the pos was gonna go down, they missed by a whisker...

IT(bob) Couldn't win if everyone went afk, they never have :). Hell they only got delve by default. If IT ever had to fight for delve they would have been crushed.

I seem to remember a little "fracas" some months ago where Atlas got crushed an IT in general was shown the door.... :p You guys have tried how many times now to destroy us in NC, an you have failed dismally every single time hehe
