log in fail after 6:00pm

Since the patch last week i basically can only log into the game at 6:00am or before 6:30pm Adelaide time. If i log in at 5:30pm i can play the rest of the night which i have been able to achieve twice since patch only. Has anyone got any suggestions?

this is beginning to get up my nose. Especially when the only time i can get on is when i am at work.

Also when i am in i can play to toons on the same comp with very little lag.

For starters...

1. IP release&renew + dns flush (assuming windows)

cmd.exe -> 'ipconfig /release' -> 'ipconfig /renew' -> 'ipconfig /flushdns' (without quotations)

2. Power cycle your modem/router
3. If you're using a firewall, make sure ports 3724, 6112, 6113, 6114 and 4000 are unrestricted.
4. Run trace route before and after the mentioned time. Post results here and where ever else you ask for help.

cmd.exe -> 'tracert us.logon.battle.net > C:\Users\username\Desktop\tracert.txt' (without quotations)

Especially when the only time i can get on is when i am at work.

My guess is that you can eliminate "Parental Contols" then :O
