Yeah sorry Chucky, I'm still old school mate ;)

How can you break a season over two years? Surely it's then a season 6.....is there more episodes to the final season?

The fifth and final season of the American television drama series Breaking Bad premiered on July 15, 2012. It will consist of 16 episodes, each running approximately 42 minutes in length.[1] AMC will broadcast the fifth season on Sundays at 10:00 pm ET in the United States. The season will be split into two parts, each containing eight episodes, with the second half debuting in summer 2013.[2]

I had a similar problem with season 2, just ended up thinking to myself "Why am I even watching this?" and stopped. Seasons 1 and 3 I watched all the way and enjoyed though. 4/5 I haven't gotten to as yet, I'll just wait till the ABC shows it.

the company (Madrigal Electromotive) was involved in the purchase of a piece of equipment of the lab. it's los pollos parent company, and apparently owns the laundry.

I think the implication is that this parent company owns all those food chains and uses them as covers for their various illegal activities. the germans were from madrigal and flew to America to say they are committed to finding out the truth. chances are that they are all guilty.

The gravity of the situation has increased for me now. I now remember Gus being German (or having ties to Germany) and I remember Gus worried about people finding out about the past he managed to hide

I think it was only a combination of a few upper level management types from Madrigal I don't think they owned the laundry, they were just supplying Pollos Hermanos with industrial grade lab equipment which isn't meant to be sold to random people. That's why the office chick had the list of names rather than just saying "we need to kill all the Germans", it was somewhat of an inside job.

Hank discovers the industrial laundry that hides the superlab is owned by Madrigal Electromotive as well, and notes that such a location would be a good place to hide a meth lab
