She's also BIG, which is just as important.

I might have just missed it in the books, but are Renly and Loras supposed to be homosexuals?

Oooooh yeah, i can't remember if they ever get it on directly but it's VERY strongly implied.

It's back! And I have no idea what's going on. I need to sit down and watch the first season again :(

first ep of S2 lived up to expectation imo. Looking forward to progress on the "white walkers". Acting was good as per usual across the board.... well nearly, the dragon girl/woman/lady/queen/ is as terrible as ever.

Took aaaaages for someone to get their kit off. Then just when you started thinking they'd gone all PG - brothel scene.

Is it just me or did they cut out a LOT of story? I don't think I even heard Mellisandre's name used, don't remember seeing her introduced via Stannis' wife and I don't even remember having Stannins properly introduced :?. Also left wondering what I've forgotten from last season... the reference to Davos being a thief might have also gone totally over many peoples heads (did they explain the bag around his neck last season?).

The "tourney" with ser Dontos has me a little worried about upcoming battles, that was meant to be a tourney on a muddy field rather than a courtyard and combat on foot (i swear i remember him being dragged naked by his horse), they seem to be skimping on the action.

Also: hurry up with teh Jaqen, keen to see how well they do him.

On the positive side, loving the fact that they have made the direwolves bigger rather that sticking with the normal sized dogs, seemed to be pretty well done.

All up I enjoyed the episode heaps but i can't help but feel like the first episode was missing half a book.

edit: really?.... REALLY?

Lacking a certain distinguishing feature don't you think?
