Thanks, I'll have a look at them

A problem, well not much of one, I am having is that I don't contribute to the world block in Lumines. I go to it, can watch it count down but my blocks never seem to count towards it. It boasts that it is any mode you play automatically does it when there is a world block active, but no luck for me.

2D Games with great art (street fighter alpha 3/some RPG's) look stunning and vibrant.

It's not that any of the games look bad, the improved colour and larger screen just enhances the fact they are PSP games lol. After playing some regular Vita stuff, then going back hurts a little :P

I can't wait for this to launch tomorrow, I hope we also get the discounts! :D

From what I've read and seen online, PSP games actually look better on the Vita.

They certainly LOOK better, I can't deny that :)

It is probably the best backwards compatibility enhancement I've ever seen for any console. The screen quality and scaling the picture up is rock solid and perfect :)

I'm sorry if I missed the point and had a rant :P

I guess my list for games in the near future is:

Little Big Planet (Vita release I think is March?)
God of War.
Monster Hunter Freedom.

See how I go from there.

I tried playing around with my PS3 and Vita last night but couldn't get it to work but today I left my Wipeout in the Crossplay lobby for a few minutes and somebody joined. So it does work, somehow.

Motorstorm RC is free for US store. Is there some way we can get the free version without too much difficulty?

Not "really". You can jump through a few hoops to swap accounts/memory cards.

I'd recommend you spend the 10 bucks :), you get it for PS3 also for that price and it's just a damn good game :icon14:

If your still unsure, grab the demo and test it out!

AU.

Given that I have a PS3 and I'm a trophy ****... I didn't want to earn Vita trophies on my US account. Sucks that we get reamed so hard with PSN store prices, but I've been ordering games from Amazon. I don't play MP much (at all?), so not overly fussed.

It shouldn't, my iphone heats right up after a few minutes playing games.
I like my Vita but I hate the last two wipeout events I need to complete to get a gold trophy :(
