Seriously tho it's a very good upcoming period for games. Plus 3DS price reduction, PSV coming out early next year (even tho I'm not convinced about either yet). But still.....

Having Uni and a few other things to save up for... and not wanting to ruin my low average price for my PS3 games, I'm going to get Resistance 3 when it drops a bit (probably around xmas).

My bro on the other hand is hoping that JB will have a 3-4-1 deal for Deus Ex 3. It's the game he's looking forward to the most. He'll probably pick up Arkham City and Uncharted 3 sometime as well.

That was my reaction - had NFI they were even making it, let alone it being released in a couple of months!

edit: Although looking around, I think that release date might be a bit optimistic (it's not official and isn't listed on EB or JB). It was announced back in 2009 but since then the silence has been deafening...

In terms of games that will be coming on consoles, definitely Skyrim is the top of my list. I'm going to be playing it on PC, hopefully, but I wouldn't be sad about playing it on 360.

Games I'll actually play on console? Probably only Saints Row 3. And I'll probably fall into the Forza 4 trap, too.
I want to see more info on Dark Souls before I commit to that. But a real, properly hard fantasy game again? Very tempting.

The rest are all PC. BF3, Dead Island, Deus Ex, Rage.

And the biggest one, if it makes it for Sep-Dec - Star Wars: The Old Republic.
The one I'm most looking forward to is also the only PC exclusive.

Yeah seems like too big a release to happen with no lead up at all, i've never even heard anything about features, just "we're making it".
