Banned for the first time in 5 years...

I got kicked by the bot tonight and am not really happy...
Would like a decent explanation and or overule. Pretty sad that those of us who work nights don't have an easy right of appeal. As for the IRC contact, would be good if there was a dummy's guide to IRC, does that open in a browser window and under what circumstance?

Pretty sad really, after 5 years and no bans for language or such it comes to this.
