Ban appeals

Alright, I've been banned for no apparent reason and I've sent in an appeal.

In the past it has been different and I've gotten a reply within a few hours.

It has been a few days since I've sent in my appeal and I want to get back into the game as I only play on games.on.net servers.
How long until my appeal is read and I recieve a reply? The last time I was banned was around about 2 years ago and if I remember correctly there was a ticket and I could view what I wrote and what the admin wrote back to me, I think this system was pretty good if it's the system I remember correctly.

Anyways, if someone could provide me with a timeframe I will have to wait that'd be great.

Since the merge and site redesign there's been a delay in ban appeal responses. but don't worry! they will get back to you asap. (check your email that you signed up to this forum with - you might have missed a response)

until then all you can do is play on another server

I am aware they aren't to be discussed, but I couldn't think of another place to ask questions.

We are not behind at all at the moment and I would say yours has already been replied to/closed if it was a few days ago when you submitted.

Check your emails including junk etc. Unless another admin sees this I will resend the response tomorrow as I am currently writing this in bed on my phone :p.

Yeah, I've checked in all my emails and I still haven't recieved one. I also sent in an appeal a while ago for my friend and I did not recieve an email for that either, and he still hasn't been unbanned.

You shouldn't be appealing on behalf of friends. Based upon what I can see, I replied to that particular appeal within 7 hours. That is pretty fast all things considered.

Your current appeal was submitted yesterday. No promises are made, however it typically takes 1-3 days.
