For those that don't know, you can legitally use edited texture files that allow you to see through walls. This is completely VAC proof and undetectable, as your not really hacking, just using 'skins for walls'. eg. mat hack
Having sv_pure would stop people from being able to use custom wall textures, and only improve gameplay(player skins arn't effected, so you can still use any custom skins for player models).

Afraid not, the servers are about as pure as a Thai hooker.
You can run absolutely anything.
