There is no need to post 4 times right after each other, there is an edit button for a reason. What I don't want is false comments to push someones own agenda, while I am not calling you a liar I don't see anywhere in the logs any discussion from 1:48 - 2:10 (when D2 was on) at all about ranks or stats.
I have been playing CS:S for years there has always been camping and I am sure everyone is now going to say "there is so much camping because of stats" While yes its possible it could increase, this is something me and the team will be keeping an eye on.
For those of you who have been a part of this community for a number of years you would know we used to run stats on all of our servers. They were removed because not many people seemed to care about them at all. We are now trying something new (well old) to help with player retention and possibly bring more players to the servers. If we do not try new things to attract or keep players then soon enough you will see the servers get smaller and smaller as time go's on. Understand it is always going to decline but we would like to keep the servers as busy as possible giving you all more people to shoot.. its why we are here in the first place.
The stats have been on for a couple of days, nothing has been confirmed if they will stay or not. Its something we are testing to see if its going to benefit this community.
For now I am going to leave this topic closed and any further topics will be closed about stats. I am still looking at the way they are setup and once I am happy with it I will start a discussion thread where everyone can voice any concerns, issues or feedback.
