So you've been banned?
Well then, if you have been banned you will need to fill out a ban appeal form located here -> http://games.on.net/contact/
Once you have submitted a ban appeal, please wait up to 72 hours for an admin to respond to your appeal. You will receive an email response sent to the email address you signed up to the forums with.
If you have any questions or would like to respond to the email you received, simply send an email reply leaving the subject the same. Do NOT create a thread on the forums with your response/reply!!
Do NOT create a thread saying you have been banned!!
If you create a thread the thread will be locked ASAP as we do NOT allow discussions of bans on the forums. The only way to find out why and how long you're banned for is by submitting a ban appeal by using the above link.
If you were asked by an admin in your ban appeal response to create an apology thread, please continue to do what the admin requested you to do.
Note that the ban system works by allowing you to join whilst it goes away to query the database. This means that it will sometimes appear as if the ban has elapsed and you are able to play, only to be 'kicked and banned' again moments later. You are being kicked for the same ban that from when it was originally applied. Temporary bans last a period of time as determined by the nature of the offence, or may be permanent/indefinite for cases of extremely poor or intolerable conduct. Sometimes a ban may be enacted after you have already left the server, making it appear as if it was placed as soon as you next join. Some breaches of the rules result in bans being applied automatically and without warning, so it is critical that you read and adhere to the rules.
