We all know that clothing does not maketh the gamer, but sometimes we must branch out from the typical uniform of jeans and black t-shirts, and embrace a new look. And sometimes, that new look should be functional, as well as fashionable.
At the E for All Expo this past weekend, I discovered something that may well tick both of those boxes, although I'm not sure how you'd manage wearing it outside your house. I'd like to introduce you to the stylish new 3rd Space Vest - but you don't have to take my word for it. We spoke to one of the innovators behind the project, CEO of TN Games, Mark Ombrellaro.

While at the E for All Expo over the weekend, I sat down with Herb Yang, producer on Nexon's new online free-to-download / free-to-play FPS, Combat Arms.
If the name sounds familiar, Nexon are probably best known for their earlier title - Maple Story. Don't worry though, this couldn't be much further from the cutesy MMO, instead having more in common with their other project, the currently Korean-only Counter-Strike: Online.
Want to know more? Why not download the latest client - it's free! - and read on, to find out what Herb has to say!

The story goes that many, many years ago, there was a gentleman quite fond of playing games of cards. He would play for hours, against his friends, but hated to stop for mealbreaks, where the host would often serve cold meat and salad, leading inevitably to greasy fingers. One day, this gentleman stumbled upon a great (and delicious) idea - he took a piece of bread, placed a slice of meat and some lettuce on top, and then topped that with another piece of bread.
Voila, the Earl of Sandwich had made a breakthrough in culinary convenience!
...that was in the 18th Century. Have we located the modern day equivalent at the E for All Expo, with a new product called Gamer Grub?

As I mentioned briefly yesterday, UgLyPuNk and I are in Los Angeles at the moment. We're here for the 2008 E for All Expo, which is a games show that encompasses a lot of the consumer elements of the old E3 Expo you may be more familiar with.
The event kicked off today - about 12 hours ago - and we spent the morning wandering around the LA Convention Center, to see just what was on show. We chatted to a bunch of people, ranging from hardware developers to community managers to the man who helped introduce Lara Croft to the masses - but while we're working on those words and pictures, it might be nice to let you know a little about what's been going on.
