You can pick it up from Xbox Live Marketplace for 800 Microsoft Points, and get set to experience five new multiplayer maps set in various French locales - a must for fans of close-quartered, intense WWII combat.
Sorry if you're playing on other consoles, this one's only for X360. Nyah.
Meanwhile, I keep reading this as a Velour Map Pack, which is much more fuzzy and 70s retro than I think they intended.

Um, if you've raced out and bought this... sorry, but it won't work. Something's gone askew somewhere, and while you can purchase and download the map pack, you can't actually play it. Activision are working on a solution as we speak, and I'll keep you posted.
