In a nutshell, it gives you all the tools you need to make your own content, all the way up to full-blown campaigns - all backed up by the BioWare Social Network.
The toolset is script-based, so experienced modders will have their own content up and running in no time.
The set also features a cutscene editor that can also be used to smash out fully-blown works of machinima.
At 478mb it's a reasonably hefty piece of kit, but if modding's your thing it's certainly worth a look. Oh - and you'll need to be a registered owner of the game to download it here.
