While it's not the most exciting patch we've seen, it does open up the new Forge of Souls 5-man dungeon content, which is nice.
Misdirection has been retooled to last for four seconds, instead of having finite charges. Every threat-causing attack the Hunter performs during this time will direct additional threat to the Tank (or annoying Mage). Black Magic has also been changed, dropping the DoT effect and giving a chance to increase haste by 250 - making it slightly more desirable than it has been.
