Left 4 Dead Crash Course DLC to be released on the 29th

While Left 4 Dead 2 has been refused classification in Australia due to its gory innards, Valve have been continuing to support the first game in the series.

Those of you who have been waiting for the newest downloadable content, Crash Course will be available on the 29th of September, for free to PC owners. The new campaign, Valve say "bridges the gap between the end of the "No Mercy" campaign and the beginning of "Death Toll" in the original game".

Crash Course adds new maps, a co-op campaign and many refinements to the Versus Mode, allowing people to experience a much more balanced version of the zombie apocalypse.

More information on the expansion can be found in our previous news coverage. The downloadable content will also be available to those who own a copy of the game on the Xbox 360, but they'll need to fork out some Microsoft Points to keep the world turning.
