The fine folk over at TellTale Games have announced that the third chapter in their Tales of Monkey Island series will walk the plank to PCs worldwide on the 29th of September. The company has released some new screenshots and concept art in order to get us all very excited about the new episode, while also revealing some new information about the chapter's plot.

The third episode is entitled "Lair of the Leviathan", and sees the much love Guybrush Threepwood finds himself inside the body of a manatee, where he finds a number of stowaways.


If you're wondering what may happen in the newest episode, a little bit of a flash teaser is available on TellTale's website, which, if you've not played Chapter 1, and 2, contains spoilers.

TellTale's website is also awash with much propaganda regarding the upcoming "Talk Like a Pirate day" (Yargh!) And by the language they seem to be using on their website, it seems they are planning something big. We don't know what they are up to - but when TellTale say something is big, it usually is, so keep an eye out for more news soon.
