Dark Sector Cancelled on PC

Dark Sector the up and coming title from Digital Extremes in 2007 on PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 has just had PC scratched from its list of platforms.
The game, a third person shooter about a a CIA agent trapped in quarantined town, infected by a nerve agent, fighting guards and mutants, all the while battling his own daemons and mutations (c'mon, it could happen), recently had the PC icon left off its new website, leading to speculations that it was going to be a purely console title. This was later confirmed in a video interview on Gamespot.
As was written on the Dark Sector Developer Blog - "Everything you know about Dark Sector is probably wrong."
