Left 4 Dead runs towards another update

An update for the zombie shooter, Left 4 Dead has been released via Steam. The update makes four changes to the game's engine, which addresses an exploit, and three possible server crashes. Finally, for those who own a Novint Falcon, they will be pleased to know that the game now supports the controller by default.
As always, restart your Steam client to grab the update, if it hasn't already downloaded it automatically.

Engine
- Fixed an exploit that allowed files to be uploaded to the server at arbitrary locations in the file system
- Fixed a server crash caused by a client packet claiming to be an HLTV client when HLTV is disabled on the server
- Fixed a server crash caused by spoofing a client disconnect message
- Fixed a server crash caused by sending malformed reliable subchannel data
