Xbox Live Arcade celebrates The Arcade Winter (again!)
This time last year, when we were suffering through the dreary mid-winter (in the Southern Hemisphere, at least), Xbox came to our rescue with a little celebration they like to call The Arcade Winter. The original collection was the first time we got to meet Jonathan Blow's Braid, which went on to become one of the top ten Xbox 360 titles of last year - beating out retail blockbusters and plenty of big name titles!

Will this year feature a similar superstar?
Kicking off on July 23rd, we'll get one new game each week, with Xbox promising something for everyone, with titles ranging from the "fresh and ridiculously funny" Splosion Man, newly-remade Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time Re-Shelled... and of course, the eagerly-anticipated Shadow Complex.

Andrew Jenkins, product marketing manager for Microsoft Game Studios software and Xbox LIVE explains:
“The second annual Winter of Arcade continues our legacy of delivering popular downloadable games right to your Xbox 360. Last year’s program introduced blockbusters that changed the face of Xbox LIVE Arcade. This year, we’re excited to take Arcade to a whole new level and deliver on our promise of quality yet again with all-new smash hits like the highly-anticipated ‘Shadow Complex’ and ‘Trials HD.’”
