Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince - to conquer every current platform
Electronic Arts have released a new trailer for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which boasts of the game's many features, including the fact that the game is the "most authentic" Hogwarts ever seen in a game.

Promising to be "filled with action", Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will take players to new locations such as The Burrow and Astronomy Towers, all the while mixing potions, fighting against deatheaters, and more.

In Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince players face a number of growing dangers, both in Hogwarts and beyond. Desperately training for a "final battle", other issues pop up around the place, and to quote from the press release:
Meanwhile, the students are under attack from a very different adversary as teenage hormones rage across the ramparts. ... Love is in the air, but tragedy lies ahead and Hogwarts may never be the same again.
While battling sappy teenage romances, players will also search the castle of Hogwarts (at night!), perfect their Quidditch Skills, engage in Wizard Duels, and of course, engage in action sequences shamelessly adapted from the movie.

The game is due for release on the 2nd of July, and will be available for the (take a deep breath) DS, Mac, PC, PS2, PS3, PSP, Wii and the Xbox 360, proving that EA are still capable of releasing multi-platform titles.
