Kojima Productions have pretty much confirmed that their next project will be related to the Metal Gear franchise. Their count down timer has been replaced with - you guessed it, another count down timer, but the latest is accompanied with a flash of Big Boss, one of the central characters of the series.

The timer currently sits (once more) at around 115 hours, has heavier rain, flashes of the letter R, and the image of Big Boss, which suggests the project could be something which focuses on the character. The flashes of R could allude to the fact that it has something to with Raiden, another character central to the franchise.

The countdown alludes to the fact that a full, formal announcement will be made at E3, with perhaps some more information or more clues to be revelaed before the expo. No one, at this stage, actually knows anything concrete, short of speculation and rumour.
