Ghostbusters multiplayer mode revealed in new trailer

Following news earlier this month that Ghostbusters: The Videogame would be a timed exclusive on the Sony console platforms in PAL regions, some small nuggets of information regarding the game's multiplayer have been revealed through a new trailer.
The trailer seems to imply that there will be some-sort of co-operative play involved on the multiplayer side of things, with multiple Ghostbusters concentrating their fire on a single ghost.
Add this to the fact that it wouldn't really make sense if the Ghostbusters turned their weapons on one another, and it seems as though multiplayer could be entertaining. Players may be able to play as Ghosts, but as information regarding the game's multiplayer modes is scarce, there is only the comfort of speculation at this stage.
Ghostbusters: The Videogame Multiplayer Trailer
Ghostbusters: The Videogame will release in Australia on the 25th of June, and will be available on the PlayStation 2 and 3. A PSP version is scheduled for release "later this year". It is still unclear as to when the title will arrive on other platforms in Australia or other PAL regions, as no formal announcement has been made.
