Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 is only two months away now, but EA Sports can't seem to cease compulsively adding new content, apparently shaping this latest entry into golf's celebrity series into the most feature-filled so far. The latest news from the champion golfer's virtual spokesman is the addition of a new gameplay mode across all versions of the game, and an exclusive new feature especially for Wii owners, both of which are introduced in a new trailer.

Common to every platform is Tournament Challenge. A brand new play mode, Tournament Challenge allows you to select a player and progress them through a career centered around dramatic moments from recent gold history; if you don't follow golf, you'll get a crash course in interesting events, and if you do, you'll no doubt appreciate it more than the rest of us. Luckily, Tiger Woods himself will introduce each of the scenarios and explain his own approach and frame of mind when entering play.
Playing up to the Wii's fun-loving reputation, Disc Golf puts aside the serious simulation nature of the game to include this version of the sport played with frisbees rather than clubs and balls. This isn't the first bit of love Wii-owners have been shown; the new MotionPlus accessory will ship bundled with Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 when the game releases on July 2nd; Playstation 2, Playstation 3, PSP and Xbox 360 owners will just have to be satisfied with the game itself.
