Capcom have announced that the revival of their once-loved, still alive, franchise, who rarely calls or writes any more (much to our dismay) - Bionic Commando will be doing everything in his power to win back our tattered and broken hearts, with the announcement that a demo for the game will be available before release.
The demo will be released on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace in "the coming weeks", with a PlayStation 3 version of the demo not yet confirmed by Capcom. The demo will focus on the "exhilarating online multiplayer" that will be but one part of the Bionic Commando gift package that will attempt to reinvigorate some sort of romance and emotion, long lost since the death of the eight-bit consoles.
The multiplayer demo will allow estranged lovers to shower one another with hot lead from numerous weapons, swing like a monkey through the primordial soup is the 3D environment "vertigo", where eight players can engage in some extra-ordinary deathmatch action, complete with grappling hooks, throwing loved ones to their death from atop sky scrapers, and sealing it all with akiss kick to the cheek posterior.

Due for release in Australia on the 22nd of May, Bionic Commando details the absence of eight-bit heartthrob, Nathan Spencer, who, in his time away from the spot-light, has spent time awaiting his lonely demise on death row, convicted of crimes he did not commit, awaiting his execution with longing looks of despair and angst from within his cell.
That is, until he is set free - in order to battle a new and dangerous terrorist threat. Fighting for his freedom (and of course, our hearts), Spencer must swing his way through a series of challenges in order torescue the princess stop the terrorist threat and restore order to the city, across canyons, cityscapes, and a number of other environments.
A PC version of Bionic Commando is promised, after a brief affair on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, which will appear in retail emporiums across Australia on the 22nd of May.
