Call of Duty: World at War - Double-XP MP Weekend

It's only been out for PC for a week, but already the Call of Duty: World at War Map Pack 1 has been a runaway success. To celebrate the pack's success - and to thank gamers for their support, the guys at Treyarch have announced a Double-XP MP Weekend, kicking off in the wee hours of Saturday morning (Adelaide time) and running until the same time on Tuesday.

To be specific, the event runs from 10am PDT Friday 17th April until 10am Monday 20th - that's 2:30am Saturday - Tuesday, if you're in Adelaide.

The really exciting news? This is for all platforms - whether you're playing World at War on the PC, PS3, Xbox 360 or even the Wii, you'll be getting twice the experience points just for playing.

See you on the battlefield!
