David Gaider, who is lead writer on Dragon Age: Origins (and also writer for Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn) has time for a little respite, after announcing that Dragon Age: The Stolen Throne, a prequel novel set in the Dragon Age universe available from book-stores.

Published by Tor Books in the US, Dragon Age: The Stolen Throne introduced the Dragon Age: Origins universe to gamers and fantasy aficionados alike, with the novel Gaider's first. Gaider has previously worked as writer on Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn, Star Wars: Knghts of the Old Republic, and Neverwinter Nights.
