Singularity. Raven Software. With those two names, and Activison's blessing, we have a new first person shooter that will be released on the PC, PS3 and the Xbox 360. Set in an alternate time zone, which focuses on a Singularity and Soviet cold war experiments, the title was first announced just before E3 Last Year, when a single teaser trailer was released.
Today, another teaser has been released, which shows off some of the visuals of the game. In addition, a developer speaking of the characters and lighting has also been captured, in video format.

As alluded to by the developers, Singularity will have a bunch of "contemporary and / or near future" weapons, foes and settings, with "more cryptic" information regarding the title available on a special viral marketing website, called Mir-12. No release date for the title has yet been announced, but we will keep you informed as we learn more.
Raven Software certainly are a capable development studio, with their work on Quake 4 and Solider of Fortune II: Double Helix both fine examples of their previous work.
