Okay. We've told you about the new clothes that are being released sporadically for your Xbox Live avatar - and one of the most common complaints we've been hearing is that they're all so ...boring. Uninspired and uncreative - and definitely not making the best use of the system. "Where are the game tie-in clothes?" gamers cried...

...and today, Xbox have answered, releasing a new bundle of avatar clothing onto the general public, all themed around the impending release of the first Grand Theft Auto IV downloadable episode - The Lost and Damned - which launches tonight!

Sorry that we don't have any pictures to go with these, you're just going to have to fire up your console and try 'em on yourself! I'm intrigued - and, as always, looking a gift horse square in the mouth - why do only the boys get the top hat? Bring on the androgynous clothes that fit both genders!

Anyway. It's worth noting that all clothing options are free - and will remain available even after the update. If you're not sure what's new, pop into the avatar editor and keep an eye out for gold stars - these are on all items that have been added since the last time you logged in!
