Activision have just announced Secret Service, a new first person shooter which will release on the PC, PS2, and the Xbox 360. Secret Service follows an "extremist assault" which unfolds on Inauguration Day in Washington D.C.
Tasked with protecting the American leadership, gamers step into the line of fire, as Secret Service personnel with "no time for negotiation". Action will take place at "famous landmarks" and "everywhere in between". With a tactical FPS gameplay, Secret Service will feature a plot full of "twists and revelations".

With some level design elements to be handled by Daniel Arey (who has worked on Uncharted: Drakes Fortune and the Crash Bandicoot series of games) Secret Service may be worth checking out, given the quality of his previous work.
Dave Oxford, from Activision Publishing, had the following to say regarding Secret Service:

Secret Service will launch as a budget title, and will be available for US$39.99 on on the Xbox 360, US$29.99 on the PS2, and the bargain basement price of US$19.99 on the PC. While Secret Service will release at some point this year, an exact release date is yet to be confirmed.

This game is a unique addition to the first person action genre, with a rich storyline set across famous locations and the need to use both lethal and non-lethal force to achieve your objectives. Secret Service brings a nice refreshing spin to fans of run-and-gun games.
