Crytek have teamed up with Valve, announcing an agreement to bring their upcoming shooter, Crysis Warhead to Steam, one of the world's leading platforms for the delivery and management of PC games and digital content.
More than 15 million Steam accounts throughout the world will soon be able to purchase both Crysis Warhead and the original Crysis when they are made available worldwide later this month.

Avni Yerli, Managing Director at Crytek explains:
Players must tackle waves of even more challenging enemies - both human and alien - once again outfitted with the revolutionary Nanosuit, plus an arsenal of new weapons and vehicles that will help Psycho complete his mission.

If you're a multiplayer fan, Crysis Warhead also comes with Crysis Wars, a tailor-made experience featuring three varying match types and 21 multiplayer maps.
Both Crysis and Crysis Warhead are being made available for pre-purchase via Steam starting this weekend, with the full games due in mid-September. Both games are published through EA Partners, which may suggest that we may see more titles from that particular publisher popping up on the digital distribution network. Fingers crossed!
