It has been a huge week, not only did our site get a nice face lift (isn't it pretty!) but there has been some amazing trailers that have come out. Some has been delayed videos from Games Convention last week, others have been companies pushing their Q4 products. We also see the return of Our Favourite Trailers.

This week we get a lesson in immersion in Africa and go on tour. But if Early isn't your thing, there is some different worlds and even space to tempt you. However if you like your combat you can either blow it all up or maybe get up close and personal with blades.

Far Cry 2 I think one of my favourite things about games is getting immersed with the character and the environment. It brings a level of depth that isn't seen too often and can be tricky to do successfully. However this new trailer for Far Cry 2 shows how far they are going with the idea of immersion and it looks fantastic. This is the trailer that has tipped me over from 'it might be good' to 'okay I'm getting that game.'

	Guitar Hero World Tour With news of an updated track list coming out today, it's a little hard not to be excited about this game. But it seems the news isn't over yet with a new trailer (or two) to show us more. Create your own rock-star and take him or her online! They have put a bit of work into this and I think I can see a few "resemblance" characters will start to appear. Can't wait!

Stargate Worlds Chances are if you have watched the show or even the original movie, you probably have been following the progression of this MMO. With a huge fan base behind them, Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment have been putting in a lot of work to make this as detailed as they can. The new trailer sill only shows us bits and pieces, but we get some more on the game play and it looks fairly good. Let's hope it plays just as well.

	X3: Terran Conflict So I have an issue with spaces games. They seem to look awesome (maybe the darkness of space is just an easy background to make) but I don't seem to enjoy playing many of them. The X series is looking to expand with Terran Conflict and provide heaps of new missions for fans and new comers to enjoy. The trailer looks good and shows off some of the game play and designs you can expect to see in the upcoming, stand alone expansion.

Mercenaries 2: World in Flames If you're someone who likes explosions and action then skip past the rest of this text and just play the video. It is full of things that go boom and why shouldn't it? A trailer is meant to get you excited about a game and I'm excited that the characters all have rocket launchers strapped to their backs.

	X-Blades Anime meets games? Sign me up! This game looks stunning. The visuals behind it look amazing as well as the game play and cut scenes. I have been keeping a close eye on this one for a couple of months now and I just want to see more!

Our favourite trailers!
Once again making a return to Now Playing, we are going to look at some of the trailers that really peaked our interests. Whether it was one from awhile ago or something brand new, this is the spot to find out what we like and why.

This week however we have been a little biased. While the website was receiving a very pretty face lift, which you have obviously noticed, the higher ups decided to give the community a look at the faces behind it all. With another fairly solid week of trailers out, we can only expect to see more. As it gets closer to Christmas and Q4 deadlines start rolling in, more and more companies will need to show off what they are offering. This week however do check out a slightly extended version of the Dawn of War II trailer, I'm sure fans of the series will be excited! However another trailer that shows promise is actually the Hello Kitty Online Trailer, yes yes I know what you're thinking, but it actually looks interesting and has some really good innovations and ideas... If you are into that sort of thing, it is a must to check out. Enjoy!
