Everywhere at the moment there is one event being covered and while I've been sitting at the TV cheering for whoever is on, some people might like to avoid that topic for at least a minute. Fear not readers! I avoided all trailers and even the word about said event. So you can come in, relax and see what games have poked our interests this week.

This week we look at some clones swimming in a nation of dams. I find one of my favourite metallic games gets a new trailer that will see it rise above ancient times. We also see what the highway brothers are up to and hope they aren't the nice guys that finish last.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars

While we are all still patiently waiting for the release of the next star wars games and movies, we received a new trailer showing off some more on the Clone Wars Universe. Star Wars: The Clone Wars is the next game to be "built from the ground up" for Nintendo's consoles.

Damnation

A few weeks ago Holo` informed us on a damn new shooter. Nothing to do with Van Damme or Australia's Dam levels, this damn shooter is offering a few more damn elements than your usually damn game. It's actually looking pretty damn good too. Interesting story and some damn nice gun play, this game actually might bring some damn excitement to the table. But as usual we have to wait a little while to see. Damn.

Metal Slug 7

As much as I'm a little sick of the lack of new ideas in the gaming industry, I can't help but contradict myself with this series. Metal Slug 7 is coming and I'm excited! There is something about supporting this team through their missions that gives me warm feelings inside... and the words "heavy machine gun!"

Rise of the Argonauts

This game is getting more depth every time I see something for it. The team at Liquid are really putting a lot of work into making this game as immersive as possible. It's still looking good and I can't wait to get my ancient butt kicking shoes on.

Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway

The Last Guy

This little PSN title is looking hot. I touched on it briefly last week but with a second trailer out giving us some more and better information on this game, I couldn't pass it up a second time. Technically you're not really the last guy, but you seem to be the only one with a clue. I guess "The Last Smart Person" doesn't have the same ring to it. Oh well the game is still looking awesome!

I was a little upset with the Too Human "combo" trailer, however Multiwinia certainly makes up for it. There is a couple of other interesting trailers in there, but I'm pretty sure by now you have spotted them out and are already watching them. Now I must go and see what's happening in the Olympics.
