Now Playing - E3 Special Day 3

Well Day 3 is here and it hit hard. With a few poor press conferences overnight I was starting to think E3 was going to let me down this year. But some of the developers brought back my hope and delivered with some amazing trailers over night, so much so it was too hard to pick!

So naturally when you're in trouble you call for help, and who was I gonna call? I tried to get in touch with a few comic book superheroes online, but they were no help. So instead I decided to go in full force and end this war of my hard decision.

Ghostbusters

I, like a few others out there, have been waiting to see anything more from the Ghostbusters video game. With the cast back in action and the script being penned by the original team, I have high hopes for this game. While this trailer only shows off a little more, it plays out more like a 'best of' to the movies (and in fact made me put one in the DVD player this morning). Bring on the Staypuff Marshmallow man!

DC Universe Online

Sony snuck this trailer in with their line-up, mostly because it will be one of the first MMO games released on the PS3. However I'm still very 50/50 on this. I love the idea, the characters are all looking nice and while it's still very early in development, it feels like City of Heroes/Villains with DC cameos. Let's hope I'm wrong.

Tom Clancy's EndWar

I used to like the idea of this game, then I watched the trailer and now I'm worried. Go, watch it and then join me in a nice big "errr how is THAT going to work". Using your voice to command troops is nice in theory, but is it practical? I just hope Ubisoft have done it well so that I can stop worrying, or at least have an option not to use it. I'm still keeping an eye on it since the game play looks pretty good.

Quantum of Solace

While bond games have never really lived up to the glory of Goldeneye, could Activision be on the right track with the latest Bond film? Have to check out the trailer to find out.

Pure

Pure is reminding me of one of my old favourite games Sled Storm. With a heap of tricks you can (impossibly) perform while racing to a killer soundtrack, this has my vote.

Bionic Commando

So I just watched this trailer and the only words I can think of are "OMG I want one of THOSE!". Failing to actually live in a time where I can (and I think it might hurt), I'll settle for the game.
