While most games these days tend to be limiting the level of violence, EA's Facebreaker is running madly in the opposite direction, bringing wanton destruction and good old-fashioned pain back to video games.

We still don't have too many details about the game, other than the fact it'll be coming to PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii, but we do have a new video to share with you. If you've ever wanted to know what makes a bloke (or a lady) want to punch someone, I advise you to check it out.


I'd like to remind you that Facebreaker features real-time facial deformation. Haymakers, body blows and face shots all crumple your opponent, and that perfect shot at just the right time will really make sure they know you're there. You can even be a dirty fighter - taunting your opponent, showing off, and even tying one hand behind your back as you beat them up.

...and just when you thought it had all been done before, Facebreaker utilises Photo Game Face technology - so in-game characters, can have the real-life features of you, your friends, and even your enemies. Think of it as a healthy way to get out all that aggression, without harming anyone. Aw.
