A quick one to start the morning - don't forget that you can claim you free Xbox Live Arcade title, Undertow, right now by logging into your console. It doesn't matter whether you've got a Gold or a Silver membership, as long as you can log in, the game's yours.
Make sure you get in quick though, this deal's only going to last until 6:29pm Monday 28th January (Adelaide Summer time).
