4. A person is ineligible to enter and/or win a contest if they are an employee, volunteer or a member of the immediate family of an employee of Internode, the Internode Games Network or a related company ("Eligible Entrants").
5. Only one entry per person is permitted.

7. The competition will commence on Friday 11th January, 2008, and will close at 12:00 Australian Central Daylight Time ("ACDT") on Friday the 8th February, 2008.
8. To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must:

9. The Devil May Cry 4 Xbox 360 Gamepack Giveaway Prize Pack will be awarded to the Eligible Entrant whom has the most creative entry as determined by the Judges when compared with the entries of all entrants ("Promotion Winner").    The Promotion Winner will receive:

13. This is a competition of skill and chance plays no part in the draw.
14. Each Promotion Winner and Complimentary Winner will be notified on the day of the Prize Draw. Details will be posted on the Internode Games Network website (http://games.on.net) shortly afterward. Winners will also be notified via an Internode Games Network "Private Message".
15. All Prizes will be mailed within one month from the date of each Prize Draw.
16. Prizes are non transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

18. All Prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner, and the Promoter excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law.
