Half-Life 2: Episode Two now a statistician's paradise

At Valve, we're always striving to make our products better. We've traditionally relied on things like written feedback from players to help decide which improvements to focus on. More recently, Steam has allowed us to collect more information than was previously possible. Episode Two includes a reporting mechanism which tells us details about how people are playing the game. We're sharing the data we collect because we think people will find it interesting, and because we expect to spot emergent problems earlier, and ultimately build better products and experiences as a result. Let us know what you think.There are stats here for just about everything related to the game. Average completion time, total time played, even average number of deaths per level, complete with funky maps showing exactly where too!
Also included is a break down of each achievement with the most common being "Acid Reflex" (kill an antlion worker), while one of the least, but most well known, "Little Rocket Man" has only been completed by 1.1% of the game's players.
I think I'm gonna fire up EP2 again and have a look at some of these hot spots myself and see if I can finally get that little guy into outer space.
