With the Tokyo Game Show on at the moment, Microsoft's Xbox 360 was the first to get the ball rolling and what a ball! With an announcement this big the only thing missing is being able to get Tokyo on your 360! Everything else is coming!

The main focus was on the Xbox 360's new games Ninja Gaiden 2, Lost Odyssey, Ace Combat 6 and Beautiful Katamari. As well as Square Enix announcing 2 brand new games in development for the Xbox 360! Rez also hits the Live Marketplace!

Don Mattrick, Senior Vice President of the Interactive Entertainment Business in the Entertainment and Devices Division at Microsoft Corp (What a title!) had this to say...

"Gamers around the world can look forward to the greatest holiday lineup in video game history. We continue to evolve our strong relationships with Japan's best and most innovative developers, and we're looking forward to delivering exclusive high-definition titles for consumers worldwide, this year and beyond."

Stealthing into the conference Team NINJA's announcement that Ninja Gaiden 2, the sequel to the ever popular game Ninja Gaiden, will be exclusive to Xbox 360. The long awaited follow up will see players revisiting the role of Ryu Hayabusa in his quest to save man kind and seek vengeance. Its coming out in 2008 but if you can't wait that long I have a pretty trailer to tide you over.

With news of "Final Fantasy" creator Hironobu Sakaguchi working on the story and developed by Mistwalker, Lost Odyssey seems too hard to pass up. An epic RPG that is boasting fantastic visuals and a story that can only come from years of work, Lost Odyssey is set to hit our shores come February 2008.

If stealthy or story doesn't take your fancy, Namco announced its Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation will be exclusive for Xbox 360. With Realist Air combat and the next generation visuals and effects, Ace Combat 6 looks like a must for budding fly boys (or girls). Plus they even have online multiplayer for more action!


Highhhhwayyyy to the... Danger Zone! Ride into the Danger Zone!

Beautiful Katamari the beloved ball-rolling puzzle game is coming to the next generation gaming. The fourth in the Katamari series comes with cosmic animations, its quirky yet captivating art and a musical soundtrack never heard before!


Space balls? Beautiful Katamari is out of this world!

Square Enix announced 2 games coming in a joint project with Microsoft. However they have been pretty quiet and not told us too much about the games apart from both being released next year.
Infinite Undiscovery which is a real time fantasy based game in development with Tri-Ace. The Last Remnant an RPG running the Unreal 3 Engine and is said to have 2 main characters to appeal to a greater audience.
