FIFA 08

Today, the soundtrack for the game FIFA 08 was announced, and boy oh boy football (soccer) fans are going to love this! FIFA 08's soundtrack will be the largest ever in the FIFA franchise, rocketing with a total of 50 artists representing 27 countries.

Every year, the EA crew hand-pick artists around the globe to represent their country and their obsession/passion for the game. This year they have picked artists such as Junkie XL from Holland, Bodyrox from UK, Planet Funk from Italy, Santogold from the USA, and our very own The Cat Empire from Australia.

Steve Schnur, Worldwide Executive of Music at EA commented,

These are the most songs ever in a FIFA edition representing the most countries in the history of the videogame.
