Skate Demo Out Now On Xbox Live, PS3 Soon

EA's Skate demo is now available to download via Xbox Live Marketplace for the Xbox 360, and it's a total size of 1.09GB.
In the demo players will be able to spend 30 minutes skating around the beautiful sites of San Vanelona, which is the fictional amalgamation of Barcelona, San Francisco, and Vancouver. You'll also be able to play around with the "skate.reel" feature, which allows players to save and upload gameplay movies so you can share your wicked videos with the public, plus as well as a brief tutorial so you don't get stuck for controls.



A PlayStation 3 demo is also expected at some point in the not too distant future before the retail release. However it was asked on the EA forums when will the release date be, Producer Scott Blackwood replied...

"I don't have any clue at the moment. Unfortunately I don't think it will be all that soon. Demos on PS3 are really not a very proven thing yet. There will be one, but I can't say how long it will take to go through the process with Sony."
