Ophidian Wars: Opac's Journey
Description
Your mission is simple; reach the surface quickly and in one piece. Taking control of the unique being known as Opac, players will climb, blast, glide, and dash through the dangerous cave system of Opac’s ancestors. Search for six relics hidden in the caves, learn new abilities, and upgrade them to aid in your mission upwards.
The goal of Opac’s Journey is create an exploratory experience with a focus on satisfying acrobatic maneuvers. Unlocking and upgrading special abilities is crucial to safe progression. Players will also be wise to listen to their ancestors, accessed through special “core,” as they often provide clues to secret areas and puzzles.
SPECIAL: Small Cave Games is running a contest, giving away over 2000 Microsoft Points for the most adept Opac’s Journey players. Stay tuned to the dev blog for details.
Small Cave Games is an indie game development company based in New York City. Opac’s Journey is the debut title, with Ophidian Wars: The Legend of Kilflame following in 2010. Our current focus is Xbox Live Indie Games, with possible expansion into PC.
